Enhance your glutes and tone up from the comfort of your home or gym!

In the MadyFit app, you will find programs and a meal plan that best suits your lifestyle and the equipment you have available.

All programs are based on scientific evidence and specifically designed to increase glutes and legs. Each one includes upper body routines. The programs span 8 weeks, and their sequels will continue to be released, varying the structure of the workouts to keep progressing.

Each program with a barbell and weights (GG, GG 2.0, HGS) includes an informative section with +8,000 words, where you will learn a lot about taking your routines to the next level, getting the most out of them. From basic concepts like "reaching failure" and when to do it, to how to breathe when lifting heavy weights to keep your spine safe.

Nutrition is key when it comes to increasing muscle and reducing fat, which is why in MadyFit, you will find semi-personalized omnivorous, vegetarian, and vegan meal plans; all created by our team's nutritionist. MadyFit also includes a section to input your progress that will expand over time, as well as a blog section with information that may be useful in your fit life.
